Discover the problem

Conducting primary and secondary research, I found out typical paint points of restaurant managers to address. I sent simple surveys and chat with some restaurants owners to clarify some of their concerns when managing restaurants.

The problems

1/ Building customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business.

2/ Efficiently storing and managing inventory.

3/ Lack of efficient performance monitoring.

4/ Frequent order errors impacting customer satisfaction.

The solutions:

1/ Integrate real-time GPS Tracking: Managers see driver location, estimated delivery times, and route history.

2/ CRM with a Personal Touch: Store customer preferences, birthdays, email and order history.

3/ Performance Dashboards: Track deliveries per hour, average delivery time, customer ratings, and even fuel efficiency.

4/ Real-time Inventory Updates: As ingredients are used or received, the app automatically updates stock levels. No more manual counting!

The dashboard allows managers to track inventory, drivers, sales, other restaurants' locations, and orders at 1st glance.

Integrate real-time GPS Tracking, managers can easily check the availability, delivery time, and information of the drivers.

Product Tab

With a simple and clear interface, restaurant owners can easily track, change, or add new items to the menu.

They can also check the location, availability, and data from other restaurants in the same chain.

Conclusion

This case study has explored the multifaceted challenges faced by restaurant managers in Canada today's dynamic culinary landscape.

By integrating features such as real-time driver tracking, intelligent order management, automated inventory control, and robust customer relationship tools, this web app offers a streamlined solution to address the diverse needs of restaurant businesses.
